By accessing and using the YaadApps Logistics Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

YaadApps Ltd provides a multi-tenant logistics management software platform that enables shipping companies, freight forwarders, and warehouses to manage their operations, track shipments, generate quotes, and serve their customers.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Fees

Our Service is offered in multiple tiers:

  • Free Tier: Basic features at no cost
  • Premium Tier: Enhanced features with monthly subscription fees
  • Elite Tier: Full-featured platform with custom pricing

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by YaadApps Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

YaadApps Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
